Brandon Moore would be a nice option at LG.

What the heck happened to Peyton Hillis? Why did his game fall off so dramatically?

Sparano probably has insight on Moore and how he would fit in to what we're trying to do. I could see us picking him up if we don't pick a guard.

Wish we looked into Ivory rather than Jennings personally.

signing Ivory would cost a 2nd round pick, I'm not sure how that works when you don't have one. He will be a UFA next season.

One Raven fan said McClain would be an upgrade over Ray Lewis. Laughing Laughing Laughing

So Ross, Parsons and Stewart have signed their ERFA tenders and are back for one more year and Zach Hurd and Duke Calhoun are apparently out.

In terms of on-field play going by last year it'll be a pretty close call.

No way man. McClain was the centerpiece of one of the worst defenses I have ever seen, for a year and a half. Omar Gaither significantly upgraded our defense, signed off the street. Basically, just by being a guy interested in playing football at MLB. Basically, just by being interested. At his best, McClain had 3 career games over 10 tackles. Wheeler and Burris both individually beat that last year alone. Burris, dude, Burris. A young player with a bit of promise but nothing special, and a terrible tackler.

Do this mathematical equation, it's SAT time:

If Omar Gaither is a significant upgrade over Rolando McClain, and Rolando McClain is an upgrade over Ray Lewis, then is Omar Gaither a very significant upgrade over Ray Lewis?

OG >> RM + RM > RL = OG >>> RL

Hahahahaha, no.

In terms of on the field play, I would take an over the hill and injured Ray Lewis over a healthy and young McClain anyday.

Kevin Burnett played at Tennessee member of Omega Phi Psi. Reggie McKenzie played at Tennessee member of Omega Phi Psi. The Raiders probably have more Q-dogs, volunteers & former Packers than most teams. McKenzie LOVES affiliations. Care to revisit his interest in Bray? Better hold your breath until he's off the board.

I read somewhere that the Ravens team last year had 6 Q's plus Ozzie. Not really surprised being that its one of the most popular if not the most popular African-American fraternity.

Only among non-minorities as Omegas have honorary members. IIrc, Tomlin, Caldwell, Asmougha, Kirk Morrison, Brandon Marshall & Colin Keapernick (among many others) are all Kappa Alpha Psi. Braylon Edwards, Joey Porter, Jerry Rice & Emmitt Smith are Phi Beta Sigma. Upshaw, Art Shell & Donald Driver are Alpha Phi Alpha.

Did not know that, nice digging, and very interesting.

I still see either Tyler Bray or a guy from the North team from the senior bowl getting picked by the Raiders, and maybe even a Rookie Free Agent.
