But yes a QB has to be a winner because really it's the one spot that can lose a game no matter what the other 52 does. A QB has to be a winner or the team is lost look at Carson Palmer and the Bengals. Palmer, I believe is a tin man with no heart but has as great talent as any QB then any QB in the game but Andy Dalton is gutsy and a leader and the Bengals followed him more then they would ever follow Palmer.

I see where you coming from and I don't disagree with that. I definitely believe that Tebow has the "it" factor to lead. He has the heart and will to do most anything. He has the physical ability as well....

The issue with Tebow (personal crap aside) is whether or not he can improve his accuracy and learn the NFL position (coverages, route trees, etc.). It will take a very good teacher and a very patient team if he has a chance.... and that is not the Jets.

Dan Marino is a great QB and the exception to the rule like Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson shows you that not all Super Bowl QBs are not legends.

And for the record, I don't feel mocked at all, I'm enjoying this discussion and I've stated my case. I didn't believe in Tebow at first but week after week he proved me wrong by winning and won me over.

Then as a Browns fan he knocked the Steelers out of the playoffs and it would be great for Tebow to come to Cleveland and win to just finally have one over on John Elway if Manning doesn't win a Super Bowl lol.

I agree with everything in your post and that is a reason I stated because Norv Turner is arguably the best QB coach right now and if anybody can teach him it's Norv. Team that with Chud's ability to be open to a QB that can run with his time in Carolina and Cam, that this could be the coaching staff that can teach him everything he lacks.

I guess with the Campbell signing we can put Nug's mind at ease as this thread is doomed.

Laughing sticking to your guns. My opinion is he isn't, and I'm not much of a Campbell fan.

yes I did and it still holds merit now as Anderson is my least favorite Browns player ever
