This is episode 1 of a series that will be on-going up until the time of the draft. Two players from each position will be chosen, and all you need to do is pick which player you like more.

This should be a a consideration made in a vacuum, meaning you are not voting for who you would rather the Rams draft. You are not voting for which presents better value at their predicted draft position.

Leave a comment as to why and let's start the conversation.

I chose Eifert, because he poses a size mismatch and has an incredible catch radius. His blocking is clearly not up to the level of Ertz, but he has shown promise in that area.

Ertz. No even close.

Eifert`s blocking woes worry me.

I chose Eifert. Neither are great blockers, but IMO Eifert is smoother and more of a natural athlete.

You have to actually vote Chris. Smile

I chose this one first, because there has been some debate. I'm surprised you feel as strongly as you do though. What do you see in Ertz that you like so much?

Im on my phone and break time was ending Laughing Another thing I like about Ertz is hes going to be a better value on draft day. Mid 2nd instead of 1st with Eifert.

Ertz, I just look at Eifert and see soft. Eifert seems to be best used in the slot where he can use his size to create mismatches with corners and safeties, but I just don't like the way he catches the ball compared to Ertz. Ertz snatches the ball out of the air every time I watch him. I also believe he is better in-line and just as efficient in the slot.

I also agree with chris in that he will fall into the 2nd and be tremendous value where Eifert might get over drafted top 20 region.

Ertz isn't a good blocker but has the strength and attitude to develop there. Eifert is soft and weak...but he's a talented receiver. Basically offers what Cook offers us...except without the freakish athleticism.

That said, I'd still take a chance on Ertz's potential.

Don't worry. Sean Payton would pass the ball in a Tornado.

But would he do it in a Sharknado?

I took Ertz. He seems like the more well rounded of the two and they both appear to be talented.
