I kind of really want either one of the FSU DE's (preferably Werner, I'm higher on him than most)

IMO Werner will be a better pass rusher than Ansah...

Lol, Schefter's trying to get a 10 day head start on draft night. As if everyone who follows football doesnt know this already.

"Here comes OT run. Three OTs - Luke Joeckel, Eric Fisher, Lane Johnson - will be off board in first seven picks. And maybe sooner."

Best part of that is him letting us know we're so close to Round 1 day. Generally I hate that they split the draft up like this but since i'm moving on the 27th, I'm very happy about it this year haha.

Houston looks leaner than ever. Shocked

Wow! He looks really slimmed down. I think that photo can pretty much put the Houston to DT idea to bed. It was interesting at the end of last season to see Houston used in different roles. If memory serves, there were a few games where he stood up for a few downs. I wonder if the staff liked what they saw of him in a more pass-rushing role and have asked him to lose weight for this season. Am excited to see him this season wherever he plays. I think with Seymour and Kelly leaving that he will take centre stage a bit more. Hope so anyways.

^^ Sleeping hard on Cyprien. He's going to be a stud. I rank him over Vacarro.

Warmack 3 is kind of shocking. Buying the media on Cooper? Warmack is as clean a power blocker as you'll find. Perfect fit in Oakland.

I don't even know where to begin w/ a CB group that doesn't include Rhodes. Mathieu will be a nice nickel, but #2 ranked CB overall?

Tib,

I really like that your really challenged the status quo amd conventional thinking but the CB section is way out of whack imo. Mathieu should be much lower unless you are including kick return experience and even then he barely makes the list.

Where it once appeared Johnson may fall into the No. 10-12 range, it's become increasingly clear it's not going to happen. Johnson thinks he could go at No. 4 to the Eagles, while the Lions will certainly give him strong consideration at No. 5. If the Dolphins are interested in trading up for the draft's No. 3 tackle, they're going to have to pay a heavy price.

Hopefully this happens. This is what I have been saying. When Tier II QBs start coming off the board 25 - 45 if (it's a big if) the Raiders want a developmental QB they will not be able to wait until the 3rd. If McKenzie acquires a 2nd he could pull the trigger.

Hope not. I don't want any QB that isn't Geno from this class. And I'd rather take a few players over Geno at 3.

+1 I don't see Reggie drafting his QB of the future in the 2nd round of a weak QB class. Next years class is much better. Flynn and Pryor are good enough for this season.

Most likely it means nothing. But the Raiders website recently changed Wiz's position from C to C/G. Maybe possible move back to OG.

I check the roster often so I know it wasnt like that last Friday.

I am hoping for Barkley in the 2nd.

IMO, he's going to surprise people. His senior season he was pressing to much. He's a smart, savvy player w/ a good enough arm. His Junior year he was in the conversation as a top QB in should he come out.

Bad coaching and Oline last year. Give him some protection and he will be a fine QB.

I agree with this, kid's got great footwork and accuracy. If we take him I won't be mad.

I'd rather go elsewhere in the 2nd if we get a pick there though. We could get good value at other positions. There will be better QB prospects than Barkley. I will be a little upset if we swing a deal and pick up a 2nd and pick him. And I like USC and Barkley

I agree with everything here except the last sentence.
