That is pretty funny. I bet they had fun wearing that, heck even finding that. And plus one for Cutler already with the cig, knowing it would eventually be photoshopped in.

Chargers also signed Jarius Wynn.

Good for him.

How nice of the Vikings to devote an entire paragraph to explain how Kluwe has regressed the last couple years.

http://www.vikings.com/news/article-1/Vikings-Release-Chris-Kluwe/19d60f35-344a-4e43-8031-ba70fd508f86

Quote:
While Kluwe did register a career best 39.7 net average in 2012, that was only good enough to rank 17th in the NFL. The Vikings also ranked just 31st in punts inside the 20 [18] and 20th in gross average (45.0). Kluwe’s totals for punts inside the 20 and opponents fair catches decreased for the 2nd consecutive year. Also, the last time the Vikings ranked in the Top 10 in gross average, net average or punts inside the 20 was 2010 (In20: T-5th; net average: 9th).

I've never seen that before.

Kind of shocked they didn't have them compete in pre-season. But I guess it is just a punter.

Can we sign him and give him a special roster spot? Comedian.

He could definitely make up for the loss of Tom Crabtree... on twitter.

Apparently they used the same approach last year with Longwell.

I sure didn't see much "fudge" in the Vikings draft. What do you think now that the draft is over?

Be interesting. I thought they fudged up with the Patterson trade. Traded 3 picks to get him in a WR heavy draft. I liked their other picks for the most part. Floyd was value as was Rhodes.

I liked your draft but I didn't and still don't like what the Vikings gave up to get Patterson. While the guy is talented......you need immediate production from a guy that is the definition of "raw" coming out of college.

Agreed, that is exactly how I saw it. I would not have done that trade for Patterson if I was the Vikings.

I'm just surprised TT got our picks in. Hard to do while sitting on his hands. Guy is a magician.
