I need more info before I can vote. Are we talking about this past season or the upcoming season? If it is the upcoming season, has the o-line been upgraded via the draft?

Behind that o-line and with Garrett's play calling? 4 or 5.

Last year. Same question will come up after the draft for this year.

Last year - without Romo - and assuming it was Orton taking the reigns - I think we would have been lucky to win 2.

I don't. Orton is the purest definition of average, but he'd still be good enough to win 3-4 games even with our abject disaster of an o-line. He's played with horrible o-lines before in Chicago, so I'd expect that Neckbeard could pull out 4 wins.

Assuming that Romo had gone done in training camp with an injury and Orton had started from Week 1, I'd say 4-5 then.

Id say atleast 4 with the amount of surrounding talent. I mean, it took Romo 3 years to figure it out, but the answer to winning is really easy - throw the ball to Dez.

You guys... I guess everyone forgot how the Cowboys were on the way to a 1-5 record with Romo before he was lost for the season. Then Garrett came in as HC and went 5-3 without him.

Shocked

I didn't think anyone would seriously contend we would have been better off without Romo.

I have something similar, 7-8 games. Could steal one to get to 9. The 2012 Cowboys are not the 2011 Manning-less Colts w/o Romo.

With an improved o-line, I think Orton would be an 8-8 QB. With last season's o-line, he would've been killed.

You have us beating New York, Sweeping Philly, beating RGIII and then toppling Brees and Roethlisberger with a bashed up non existant Defense, a career dissapointment at QB and the mash unit at RB and WR?

You guys are either in massive denial as to the value a Franchise QB and a Top 10 QB makes, or you're just lying to yourselves. I mean there is a reason no team wants Orton as their starter... guys like Kolb and Sanchez and Cassel had jobs as a starting QB last year, but Orton couldn't get one. The guy lost his job to Tebow, he lost his job to Grossman and he lost his job to Cassell - but he's going to lead this team to as many wins or MORE wins than Romo?

I can do nothing but shake my head and laugh
