How many 34 DEs are 6'2? Just because the Falcons asked Abraham to stand up at times doesn't mean Walker played in a 34.

Raji and Pickett are 6'2 and play DE for the Packers.

Don't they play a lot of 2-4-5?

Yup but their base is 3-4. Worthy 6'2 played a lot as well.

In my opinion they are a joke. In the last ten years there drafts sucked.

If we got 3-4 we are pretty light in the MLB spot.

Not really.

Miles Burris was projected by many coming out of college best suited for the 3-4 ILB position. Burnett and Roach are both capable.

Haven't they all been 4-3 guys though? Not sure how good they'd be at getting off blockers.

Possible alright. If we sign another LB it will make it a bit clearer what way we are going, I certainly can't see us going 3-4 base if all we have are Burris, Roach, Burnett and cousin Rock. I certainly hope not anyway. Not to mention are lack of a NT.

Roach, Burnett and Maiava would play the same position in a 34. WILB.

Burris played OLB in the 3-3-5 scheme at SDSU. He was essentially a 3-4 OLB who strictly played at the Line of scrimmage. Not sure if I'd ever put him inside.

My money's on a 4-3 defense. Burnett and Maiva will play in the nickel. It'll just be a big rotation at linebacker all year. Still like to see Omar Gaither retained.
