He upgrades the RB position. If it's affordable and a 1-2 year deal, I don't see why you don't make this move. As long as he checks out medically of course. |

I'm passing. I don't think he s the type of back we need, nor is he that good to begin with. _________________

Meh, he's been prone to fumbling. I'd rather go Bell, Bernard or Ball in the draft in all honesty. _________________

Wanted Bush or Jackson as FAs. Otherwise, give me Christine Michael.
I'm not as against Bradshaw as I am Hillis. But the excitement level is the same as with Cedric Benson, about zero. _________________ GO PACK GO!

Ahmad Bradshaw is a lot better player than you guys are giving him credit for. He's not at the same level as Bush or Jackson, but he's a legitmate starter in this league. Especially in an offense like the Packers where he won't be 'shouldering' a bunch of carries. Bradshaw excels in pass protection as well as a receiving threat. Not to mention, he has a career 4.6 YPC.
He's had some foot injuries but he fought through them. I give guys like that a lot of credit. He's missed 12 games in his 6 year career. If injury proned is missing 2 games a season, I'll take that.
Who is to say we couldn't sign Bradshaw and still draft one of the top backs available in the draft? In my opinion, there really isn't much of a reason to keep any RB on the roster besides Harris. Bring in as much competition as we can at RB because the last two seasons have not worked out the way they hoped RB by committee would go.

He's 26 years old and rushed for 1,015 yards in 14 games last year, 4.6 YPC. 2010 he averaged 4.5 YPC and put up 1,235 yards with 8 TDs.
Why wouldn't we want that? |

Why wouldn't we want that? | Exactly. He has his share of foot issues but he plays through it almost all the time and still puts about about 4.5 YPC. That's a guy I want on this team. Before free agency even began, I said I wanted Bradshaw over any FA RB. _________________

Injury concerns.
Although outside of injuries he the best RB in this FA class IMO, his age being the biggest factor. _________________ Go Pack Go...
