You guys are interested in Dansby as well.

Super bold pick: Marcus Smith OLB to Eagles in the first. I wouldn't bet on it, but if it happens, you heard it here first Wink

Listen, Jim Irsay tweets a lot of stuff, but there has not been one confirmed report from any news outlet and Adam Schefter himself said there has been no confirmed reports. Irsay himself said it was a wide receiver, but he never said Cruz. Could be someone else entirely.

If we did get the number 24 pick for Cruz I would be happy, depending on the contract given to Cruz. But right now I would believe the reports if it came from someone more reliable.

Simply because the Colts sign Cruz to an offer sheet doesn't mean the two teams can't trade Cruz. Let's take a first this year and a first next. Shoot, if Percy is worth that much Cruz should command more. Trade, trade, trade, trade!

Take X Rhodes and Ogletree. Very Happy

Irsay on WR Colts are targeting: "It's NOT Cruz."

AceInTheHouse wrong again. How surprising.

Let me give you my personal opinion, on what I think has happened.
It all started with the release of the coke machine in Brandon Jacobs.

Well to be fair he didn't predict it, was just basing it off the rumors from Irsay's twitter account. No harm no foul.

The Dansby rumor is true however, we are interested in him and I hope we can sign him to a friendly deal.

Even if it is Cruz, the colts gm is better off saying it isn't to put off other teams with higher pick jumping in the mix

He'd have to sign an offer sheet, which would be reported by nearly everyone. He has nothing to gain to say outright that its not Cruz.

Adding Brandon Myers answers a major question. Combination of Myers, Pascoe & Robinson makes the TE position solid heading into 2013. You have your starter, a consistent versatile player in Pascoe & the developmental Jerry Reese crush.

The OL is the next priority. If a player like Dansby can be signed to an affordable deal, it's worth considering. But the major concern is the two Lines. I would keep monitoring the UFA Offensive Line Market (Barry Richardson, Antoine Caldwell are two of my preferred targetss). Also, on Defense Sen'Derrick Marks is a player that would add to the rotation at DT.

Marks is represented by Enter Sports Management. Current Giants also at Enter include Andre Brown, Kregg Lumpkin & Jerrel Jernigan. Pretty evident a working relationship exists.
