Hi

We're voting on Green Bay's 2nd round pick in the draft section. It would be great to have your thoughts and votes. Tyler Eifert was the selection at 26.

Vote for Da'Rick! Or Hayden!

So I haven't heard much at all about William Gholston . Where is his stock at right now, and where do you 'experts' see him getting drafted? I know people have concerns about his production from this last season and his cheap shots against Michigan, but he has the length and athleticism we've talked about getting at 5-tech all off-season, and his coaches at Michigan State seem to swear up and down that he's coachable.

Would be especially interested in hearing what read Palmy got on the interviews.

The real evaluation puzzle about Gholston is that he's darn-near exactly the same player as he was 2 years prior. What the hell is going on there? Has he maxed out? He doesn't care? Doesn't take coaching? It's kind of a troubling fact.

2 years prior how good was he? Is that guy a good player in the NFL? Or in terms of draft value, what pick do you spend on that guy?

Just curious in general because of how hyped up he was in the past and how far down in mocks I see him now. I'm thinking the actual truth may lie somewhere in the middle.

2 years ago he was a guy who was in the "if the light turns on, watch out" category.

Where is the light?!?

So why exactly does Kenny Stills mother have no money? Her husband had like 5 years in the NFL. I think Kenny Stills may be a little headcase. But I'd love him in the 4th.

i've gone through my latest BB with a coarse brush and a fine-tooth comb. I ended up making some drastic changes at parts. I must admit, I like a lot more than before.

I'll post my top 100 or so sometime before the draft.

This is a more Packer-centric BB and a bit of a shocker (maybe) is that Montee Ball is #25 on it Wink. Christine Michael has dropped a fair amount as well.

Looking back through games, I'm not convinced that Michael is even that much better than Ball at his best. When combined with all other factors, I think Ball is a clear lean over Michael.

There's only 3 RBs I really like in this draft, not a fan of any of the mid-round guys really.

Byron Jerideau (DT, South Carolina) visited the Packers today
http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/packers.html

His hightlight video and numbers look very good, but why is he then rated the 51st defensive tackle on nfldraftscout?

I like Lacy, Ball and Franklin. I'd take a risk on Michael or Lattimore if the value is right but I don't think they will be there(4th, etc). I'd rather wait until very late in the draft and take a guy with potential than take a guy in the middle rounds that has one speed/etc. Three guys that have potential(numbers wise and from what I saw of them in college) are Michael Ford/Knile Davis/Cierre Wood.

What is the difference between a guy like Mike James, who you can get undrafted, or the mid round guys?

Sounds like DeAndre Hopkins was the guy to mess up the room at the combine

That's likely gonna hurt his stock a bit. Don't really see him with a shot to go in the first anymore.

His number 2 cost him a number 1 draft pick

Mark Harrison from Rutgers as well. The Packers interviewed him a while back. Interesting, because Hopkins and Harrison are 2 of my favorite WR's in the draft.
