I'm curious to see if you guys have had a change of heart with regards to Rhodes in the intervening week.

Rhodes is not one of the top guys, but he's looking like he could be had for relatively cheap. I mean, unless we want Michael Huff (no real interest on my part there) or Charles Woodson (I could be talked into a "two" year deal (with it only being two years for accounting purposes)), I think he might be the best guy available.

It wouldn't be a long term deal since he'll be 31 at the start of camp, but he would be a solid veteran addition. I have to believe he'd be an upgrade over Madieu Williams, he's certainly more likely to play than Tanard Jackson and I'd give very short odds that he'd be more likely to last longer than Meriweather.

I want him because he can play for 3 years and was very good in coverage and run stops and turn overs and was the cards best defensive player.

We are still very lucky to know we have good players around and alot of CBs to look at to start for us while if we can get Rhodes can let us draft something else in the second which might be a TE if Davis doesnt come back.

I'd take anything over Madieu Williams, even Kevin Barnes, Kareem
moore or Atogwe.

I'd would have signed Corey Lynch, Kerry Rhodes or Michael Huff yesterday! Lmao Laughing

I'm really hoping we can get this guy. He'd definitely be a good stop gap at FS for at least a couple years. It could be him and merriweather at safety this year and then the next year we could take one high in the draft or get a better one like byrd when we have our salary back.

I am a bit shocked that the FO has not seen the value in Corey Lynch.

same here, I thought he'd be one of the first free agents we signed after signing our own.

I mean Raheem knows him because he played for Tampa Bay at one point.
