Stupidest term I've ever heard.... 'Win now mode'.... Is that your way if rationalizing that they're winning in general and were not. Every team is in 'win now mode'.... Some are just actually good at it.... Show me a team that will willingly suck this season so they can be better next... I'd like to see one. Call me crazy but I always assumed you took winning now over winning later... When your winning now it makes winning later easier.... S

Peyton Manning can be beaten. Yes, on paper the Broncos are the favorites in every AFC West matchup. I know my team isn't going to mail it in and make it easy on them though. I am not waiting for Manning to retire to root for my team.

First off, that's a bold theory... One which you can't possibly prove. Second, the colts and Cleveland were both among the worst teams in the league anyways... Whether they threw a game or two at the end of the season to secure the #1 pick, is really irrelevant... And what makes a player like luck or Lebron so valuable? Because players like that are considered instant stars with little development time needed... There's a special kind of value that's put on a player that can come in today and turn your team around tomorrow... Teams are impatient.... |

The Colts won 2 of their last 3 games. They were far the worst team that year. As for the Cavs you can't tank for a guy. They still have the lottery and your not guaranteed the first overall pick. |
