That's not the first time you've taken a shot at a player in one of your news posts. Wink

Will New England be getting a high comp pick?

Might get a 4th in 2014. Welker's considered a Class B free agent I believe.

Sorry, I wasn't clear there. New England do a good job of doing what I described. Denver on the otherhand, are totally vanilla.
oh, ok

I was just thinking yesterday that if Welker didn't get a deal he liked from the Pats, he would trade Brady for Manning. I think it'd be a good fit if the price is right.

Of course if this happens, I hope to God the Pats don't get Amendola...

LMAO I swear to god I am giggling over here like I'm delirious.

What's it like to have a competitive team in FA guys? What's it like to upgrade your WR position and not take 4 steps back?

I am truly jealous. A + move.

Jennings is still available and his price is dropping every day.

Broncos deal with Patriots WR Wes Welker "very likely," according to a league source.

Happy he is still going to be on an AFC contender. So easy to defend if you tackle well and offers no big play ability.

Opens up a lot of possibilities for the Patriots to improve their offense though.

So Welker was holding the patriots back? Good to know.

not really a concern when you have Thomas and Decker on the outside.

It looks like Elway is trying to replicate his late-career success with Manning. I wonder if Denver is done making splashes or if they have another move up their sleeve.

edelman is better, just more injury prone. They'll probably re-sign him if not amendola or both.

Very good weapon for 5-Head. Thomas, Decker, and Welker is a great trio of receivers. Not good for the Patriots.

That all really depends on what they do with the money they have on hand, doesn't it? Theoretically they could sign Danny Amendola for less money and not miss a beat.
