He's very stiff, not going to make defenders miss, not a threat in the receiving game.
Just not feeling it for the Titans. | Wait...you don't like a Titans signing? I Khan't believe it. _________________

No he doesnt.
He isnt starter quality, but he is a nice change of pace RB and backup. | I'm a lifelong jets fan and a season ticket holder. He wouldn't find a hole the size of the grand canyon and if he did, he would be so slow to get to it that it would be closed by the time he got there. He's also useless in the open field; nose tackles will catch him from behind. Enjoy |

I feel like all this hate for him is because he was a starter and he failed.. We don't need him for that.
I like the signing. I think he will do very well in a back up role. _________________

I think it has more to do with how he failed to live up to the potential he flashed during his rookie season. He failed to stay in great shape and work to become a star RB, which he had the potential to become. _________________

He was always overrated. In college he was a very productive player. College productivity does not always equate to success in the NFL.
He reminds me a little bit of Ron Dayne. Dayne was an extremely productive RB for Wisconsin (another Big 10 school) however in the NFL it just did not measure up. Fat and slow Ron Dayne did not last long. I think the same thing will happen to Shonn Green in a few years. _________________ The Best that ever did it |

He is terrible, therefore a perfect complement to CJ? Huh? |

I'm missing the witty part of it. Or even evidence of an attempt. _________________

But with the Jets this guy had bad vision, always left yards on the field, he rarely broke tackles and never makes a guy miss. Hes slow and has bad hands.
What frustrated me was when this guy always tried to truck the last man to beat instead of trying for extra yards, his truck never worked as he would go down and often complain that he was hurt after it. |
Wait what? How is trucking someone not trying to get the extra yard? What you said makes no sense to me... (just the bolded part, I agree with your first two statements) _________________ (MLB)=A's, (NFL)=Raiders, (NBA)= Warriors

Johnson isn't happy with the move. While I can agree with him, he should just shut up and welcome a new teammate so the Titans can get better as a whole. _________________

There could be a decent amount of open field in front of him, but instead he just runs right into a defender and goes down. _________________

In all fairness to Greene, he was the running back in an offense that was bad. Specifically the passing offense was terrible, so teams could key the run all day long. Despite that, the guy still managed 1000 yards.
As a change of pace, late game back he could be very effective. _________________

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan stop. You have no idea how many hundreds of yards he left up because of just how slow he was and him constantly trying to run over players instead of around them. |
