According to this article:

http://www.sbnation.com/nfl-mock-draft/2013/3/10/4085694/jarvis-jones-spinal-stenosis-medical-nfl-draft

Jones has been cleared by the doctors stating that he does not what we all thought what a degenerated neck condition. It very well could have been a stinger

Does this change our position at all? Thoughts on his fit with the team?

If it's true, he's back in the conversation. His first step is still an issue, spinal stenosis or no spinal stenosis.

Thats what i was thinking Mad

Also hurts our chances of trading down if someone wants a pass-rusher although trading down from a pick that high isnt likely unless their is a once in a generation prospect

Doesn't matter as of now. Thumbs up from team doctors is the only check up that will stop his spine for hurting his stock.

If not Geno then Jarvis would be the ideal pick. Though I want Geno, Jarvis would haunt us if we don't take him.

This is not just good news for the draft, but for this young player and his career. Wish him a long, happy, and productive career wherever he goes.

Now he can be in the mix up of the Jaguars possible choices.

I still think he's overrated, but good for him (if true).

I still don't think he is one of the top pass rushers in this draft class.

Yeah, I'd still rather have Mingo

This is great news...because looking at a lot of game film, Mingo and Jordan are absolutely trash monsters. If we were to take any of those two guys, we have been set back another 3 years. We gotta go Jarvis Jones with this pick, no doubt the best defensive player in this draft. Although I would be fine with; Geno, Milliner, Werner, or a trade down.

I think we should take Jonathan Cooper at #2.
