How insanely ironic would it be if we release Nnamdi and then sign Revis? One thing is for sure, you know we could turn Revis to pot too.
I think we'll sign Richard Sherman in three years while he's debilitating. _________________

As long as the jets don't ask for a trade near to what Redskins paid for RG3 i would be happy with this. _________________

If he is cut it will be at the last possible minute. No need in giving his agent a jump start with negotiations maybe effecting the up coming FA class and who they are targeting. _________________

Complete opposite in fact on both fronts. I think he likes Philly and if reports are true (low ball offers) 13' contract # cut in half or even more he would make way more money somewhere else. He is guaranteed 4 million from the Eagles this year whether he plays a down this season. He without a doubt will be paid upwards of 5-7 Million to sign with another club that I have zero doubt. Which means by leaving Philly he can make 10+ next season. Look for Denver to immediately give him a call and pair him with Champ in hopes of helping that back end. Make a run with him and Peyton for a SB while sticking it to the Raiders organization in the process. They will actually use him correctly and with that pass rush go beast mode in 2013, calling it now. Can't wait for the Demitri Pattersons and Ellis Hobbs of the NFL to start for the eagles once again. Yipppeeee! _________________

This is going to be a fun offseason. Since the CBA requires every team to spend at least 89% of the Cap then the most Cap room we could have going into the season would be roughly $13 mil. Since this release gives us close to $45 mil and our projected rookie wage pool is set at about $7.5 mil, we are going to have to take on at least $24.5 mil in contracts for the year through free agency or trades. It's going to be an interesting ride!! _________________

But if we don't, we'd have to spend more in the next few years. But yeah, Free Agency will be interesting no matter what.

| Someone needs to do research into the production of NFL players that have had their pay cut by the team they are with. I believe it may show a trend of lower production. Some may look at it and say that the player's pay was cut because they were on the decline so quite nationally their production will be lower than in previous seasons. |
