I saw on Twitter we're moving to a one-gap 3-4. I haven't found any sources yet, does anyone else know about this?

My twitter source hasn't confirmed but that would IMO be an improvement over the outdated F-B system.

I don't know a lot about the differences between a one and two gap. I've always thought the main differences were that in the 1-gap, the D-Linemen are used more for penetrating and pass rushing rather than just being run stuffers to free up the LB's. If that is so then Ziggy Ansah wouldn't be a bad pick after all in my opinion. I also saw that it was confirmed that we met with him at the combine.
