I'm happy with what DeSean got... I mean 5 year $47 million sounds pretty good right now. Wallace is not a primer WR.

I'm happy with what DeSean got... I mean 5 year $47 million sounds pretty good right now. Wallace is not a primer WR.

Wallace is still definitely worth more than DeSean. Just not 13 Million more.

Yea it likely won't be enforced because it'd be really difficult to figure out, but if there is are reported done deal...that's not aloud I believe still.

Teams can talk to agents/players but they cant have wink and nod deals done already waiting to be faxed to the league office at 4pm on Tuesday.

Yep. Teams are allowed to talk to players, just no visits and they can't actually sign anything until tuesday.
