If I believed your statement, I'd be delusional. Happy, yes. But delusional. 
The Texans are who they are - one of the top three/four teams in the AFC, with a young core of talent, the best defensive player in the NFL, and respectable run and passing attacks to keep them in games. Do they have what it takes to win it all? Yeah, but a lot of things have to go their way before they do so...to say that all of those things will happen their way is a stretch, but it CAN be done.
I'd firmly place the Texans in the top 10. Maybe towards the bottom, certainly ahead of the Chiefs.
