| it may not be the best option but hes def the best back in FA right now. he'll be 30 soon but still seems to have a few years left being a productive back. and with him splitting carries with Quizz, he could be a top back again in the league. but the most important thing is what kinda contract would he be willing to take. as long as its not outrageous...it wouldnt be a bad option. |

It Seems we may be going after Steven Jackson what do u guys think of this and isthis our best option?? |
He is a great runner, but i think that the Falcons need a younger player, i prefer to take a running back between the 3-5 round (Bell, Taylor, Lattimore or if they fall Lacy or Bernard) to develop and trade for Ben Tate or Chris Ivory. |

This guy is wanting to play for a championship contender so he is not worried about the money he is wanting a championship! _________________ The Most Interesting Man In The World Once Said " I don't always play Clemson but when I do I use my second string quarterback!" |

| This would be a good move and Falcons can still draft a RB in the later rounds to groom. |

This, or wait until next year to use a draft pick on this position. I've always loved Steven Jackson. I figure he has about 3 good years left in him. But that's what I thought about Tony G about 6 years ago. Who knows? I like the guy and I like the move. _________________ "If you think weakness can be turned into a strength. I assume we that if we do sign him, we sign him to a 1-3 year deal. Let him play out the contract, then draft a RB next year to take over. Maybe Silas Redd or Charles Sims. _________________

| not gonna lie would be pretty excited if he came here! like birdman70 said we could either draft a rb this year to groom or wait til next year and draft one then. if we dont draft a rb this year then thats one more draft pick we can use towards another hole. He wants to play for a contender, we are in a dome, and not to mention SJax and Quizz both went to Oregon State! |
