There are so many combinations of players we could take. IMO, the best combo is...
16. Lane Johnson OT Okl.- We can plug him in at ROT or LOT. Helps solidify our O Line. I believe Rok is Fishers guy, and will start at LG.
22. Robert Woods WR USC- I would love Tavon Austin but I think Woods and Quick on the outside with Givens in the slot will give defenses fits. _________________

This could probably go in the draft thread, but for sake of argument-- i couldnt disagree more about what you have.
I am obviously a huge Woods fan, but he would not be a good choice at 22.
IMO the best combo would be Warmack at 16 then BPA at 22 most likely being Allen or Austin. _________________

Thanks for your feedback. I couldn't disagree with you more as well. I believe Austin has boosted his stock and probably will be gone by 22. Also, Chance probably won't make it past 15. _________________

If you think Warmack is gone then you could easily say that Johnson will be gone. In which case someone will fall in which case id say at 16 i would go with one of those guys who fall, ie Richardson/Jones and I really dont think Austin will go before 22 but if he does that most likely means Allen will be there. Then after that id probably go Cooper. _________________

Jarvis Jones and Tavon Austin.
Two guys that will completely change the identities of their respective sides of the field. Doesn't get much better than that. _________________

my choices, I'd honestly let Danny go to get Austin. Austin is better and less injury prone. |

Prior to the combine today, I'd have said Vacarro & Austin. However, with the results of the combine, I'm now swayed off the Vacarro pick, as I assumed he was much faster then what he showed and actually thought of it as a strength of his. Now, I'm more of a Austin/Elam guy in the first. This is based on the assumption that Johnson and Warmack are both gone at our picks. _________________

If we don't get O-Line, I want Vaccoar and Austin. He plays at a 4.40 that's all that matters. _________________

I agree, that is what I saw on the film, and I'm not totally off him, but I thought others impressed while he did the opposite. I'd still be quite pleased with Vacarro/Austin in 1st, but honestly think Elam would be more impactful for us. _________________

I'd take that. Prefer Wheaton or Rogers in the second, but I love Patton's passion for the game. _________________

Besides picking Cyprien maybe 2 rounds too early, I like it. _________________
