Quote:
Johnson played with at least two broken fingers most of the season and is still being seen around Detroit with his hand wrapped, Chris McCosky of the Detroit News reports.

Him and Adrian Peterson are freaks. Pretty crazy. Wonder when the injury actually happened.

Ooh, and the rebuttal has been shot.

What say you now, Peterson?

Broken hand or a broken finger isn't as bad as it sounds. I played before with a broken hand. It just feels numb, Nothing a lil liquid courage can't fix.

Btw, There was a thread years ago! Of some dude who hammered his hand and thought he broke it but never knew. Funniest thread ever.

Logan Mankins played the 2011 season with a Torn ACL...

Tory Holt used to pop his finger back into place mid-route because they dislocate when he ran. Holler back when that happens.

Maybe it's not as impressive as we think because everyone plays injured all the time? These stories are getting a bit tiresome, honestly.

That "story" has no proof at ALL. It's 100% speculation. Get a legit source OP. Don't read garbage halfway.

At the least, it's Gen worthy.

That could explain his difficulty getting into the endzone (which is what prevented him from winning OPOY, IMO).

And explain his increase in dropped passes. Reportedly, He was dealing with a concussion, nerve damage and 3 broken fingers. Each, on their own, not really a big deal. Added together and it was enough to suck it up for the year. Instead he went out and broke the all time receiving record. Not too shabby.

..Don't all receivers play with broken fingers?

I thought that was the norm in the NFL, lol. As hard as QBs throw, dislocating and breaking fingers shouldn't be too hard.

Next year in NFL Comparisons...

Players accomplishments being discredited because they're, by all accounts, healthy.

I'd be surprised if there was a NFL WR playing without a broken finger TBH. As long as it isn't your thumb you should be fine.
