I know you guys really want to keep Levitre but as a cowboys fan he is one of the free agents I want our team to sign the most. Do you guys feel like he is worth say 6-7m per yr if we did try and snipe him off ya?

Well more than 6-7 ml a year.
He's aiming for 8-9, IIRC.

I wouldn't pay him more then 6 mil a year.

From what I read they met with Byrd, Levitre, and mckelvins agents while there. I think that talks are in the works and hopefully they get signed for the right place.

Heard he wants to be the highest paid OG in the league. Hemay become that, its just the nature of free agency. Personally I would rather sign a $2-3M/yr OG to mitigate his loss and use the rest to fill other holes.
Like him a lot, but if I were making the business decision $6M/yr would probably be my line in the sand.

I'm with you as well. He is a very good player but he is an OG and we would be better off spending our money on other holes.
