Absolutely Terrible Draft for the Cowboys

Why would we take DT's back to back when we just took 3 positions and combined them into 2 and have 4 legit starters and a high potential 5th? I'm cool with Richardson, but Hankins is a terrible 2nd round pick.

Sio Moore, DJ Fluker, Tyler Wilson, Kevin Minter are all better 2nd rounders

Alvin Bailey is a reach in teh 3rd, and Tank Carradine is a perfect pick for us there.

Landry Jones has no NFL future and is a wasted 4th round pick - rather have Winters, Queensberry, Aboushi or Pugh

1st - Richardson
2nd - DJ Fluker
3rd - Tank Carradine
4th - Queensberry

PHOOBAR on my part. Dallas wouldn't pick back to back DTs so early with Ratliff on the team. Maybe later on in the draft. Will swap with NE and give you Barrett Jones who can multiple positions on the OL.

I have no problem with Dion Jordan up top.

I hate trading two 2nd round picks for EJ Manuel. Might as well stay put and take him at 35 if we really want him. If not, no biggie.

If Cyprien falls that far, we'll take him in the third over Kasheem Green.

Someone always trade back into the 1st round. It just so happens to be the Eagles in my mock. Usually the team trading out the first round is the New England patriots. They like having multiple second round picks. Fans hate trades because they prefer their team to make as many draft picks as possible. A team is going to be set on getting a certain player. I see Mel Kiper already moved Manuel to his #2 QB position. Go order you Eagles Manuel jersey. He is coming.

Patterson is not worth that trade, at all period done. That is an awful trade for the Rams.

Terrible first round pick for the lions and I'm not to fond of the first second round pick either

First round: if the lions draft Allen with the 11th pick when both Eric fisher and Ansah are still available I will convert to the bears, and banks would be a much better pick in round 2

1st and 2nd for Revis is a bit rich. I think it'll be a 1st or 2nd this year, conditional 2/3rd next year. Either way I'll take it

Do you have Bennett staying or leaving? See the Avril signing, would depend on money TBH.

Even after trading for Revis hope we could land another FA Corner

draft is terrible for the Bucs though....

In the third with this scenario I'd go Gavin Escobar, Stedman Bailey and Tharold Simeon!

Looks like my prediction of Tampa Bay getting Revis is coming true. I'll update my mock this weekend after a few more free agent signings come in and the Revis trade becomes official.

I am building the perfect draft. Yes 4 QBs are picked in the 1st round. I think teams would want to get that 5th year in place to develop QBs. Comments are welcomed. I will keep it 4 rounds until compensatory picks are in place.

You have the Bears drafting 3 LBs with their 5 picks.

The Bears have huge needs at OG and what are they going to do with 3 rookie LBs.

Why do you have the Bears taking ILBs 3 picks in a row? WTF

That is a horrible Niners/Pittsuburg trade. Trade up for that far for the 3rd best CB in the draft?

There is no chance at all that the Niners go that route and give up all their draft leverage.

It's a decent draft this time for the Falcons. Still don't think Akeem can be a 3-4 NT for us though. I just don't think he is big enough or strong enough to handle 2 guys by himself bro.

Im still not sure what to think about a CB for now im ok with it since Grimes hasn't come back but i think if he does then CB can move a good bit down on the list.

This is how i would have drafted based on who was available at each pick for us if we get Grimes back hopefully.

1st - Arthur Brown - OLB - What more could you ask for i think he might end up being the best LB out of this entire draft in the end. Just my opinion though Smile

2nd - Tank Carradine - DE A 1st round talent DE with some injury problems. Upside he actually has more than Alex Okafer for a better value here.

3rd - Travis Kelce - TE - Gonzo will only be here 1 more year so we can spend 1 pick on a hugely talented upside TE that can learn under him for a year here.

4th- Kwame Geathers - DT - This is a guy at NT that i can think run our 3-4 front at NT and help our run defense when we run the 4-3. We are a Hybrid defense for sure that has said we want to run more 3-4 looks as that is Mike Nolans specialty.

Now if you want to get Spence in the 4th and Geathers in the 5th then go for it bossman as that would actually help even more as it gives us a guy who can probably help out in 3-4 looks as a 3-4 DE as well as keeping our line rested with a good rotation. But if you don't think we can get Geathers there then go with him 1st as it would be a bigger need.

Still your original draft would get a B- from me which isn't to terrible considering im a pretty tough critic Smile

Keep up the good work J

Great draft for the Jets I'll give you that. They love Franklin and personally I love him too, fits great in their system.

A USC QB and a Gholston?

I don't think we take a RB that early.

The rest is good.
