i can assure you that a 230-lb Hines Ward with a yard vert will not be someone you can get later. |

Yea, it's a tough call. Wish we could trade back up because I want both Duke Williams and Chris Harper. Don't feel like either makes it to the 5th.
Duke fills a bigger need. Some might prefer Shawn.(to hell with the codes, it's one team)
But I love Duke's upside. SS who will lay some big hits, isn't afraid to come up in run support, can cover slot WRs AND has 4.3 speed? Yes, please. _________________

I trust your scouting reports, but man, I love Williams and teaming him up with Rambo would be nice since the two can learn from Mikell and are very comfortable playing together. But, sounds like Duke has some upside. I would love more votes. _________________

Definitely true. I feel like we can't go wrong here.

Would you feel slighted if I went with Williams if I don't get a vote? _________________

Nah. People already have voted for him. I completely understand. _________________

I like them both a good amount but thought this is a round too early for DW. Really kind of wishing we hadn't gone Cosmic position in the first, as there is lots of talent still there. _________________

The Cowboys are interested in treading for this pick. We can offer #146 and #150, both in the fifth round. If you guys are interested, hopefully our GM or AGM will be on soon. _________________

I disagree. With his athletic traits, mentality, coverage ability and willingness to play in the box/stick his nose in the run game...I think he goes 4th round IRL. Maybe earlier. Teams fall in love with speed and versatility. DW offers that.
Great compliment for Rambo because he can cover the slot and has such good range that he'd allow us to use Rambo as a Center-Fielder. _________________

Duke is a lesser known guy, I bet we can wait. Id rather use the pick on Jackal, Apoco, or Harper.
There are at least 3 other safeties that will go before him.
I dont mind who we pick though. _________________

I couldn't pass up Williams and votes were still in his favour. I'd love to get Jackal next round and watch the X-Men continue to fall. _________________

Too late. If we hadn't signed Mendenhall, I would have been all over us grabbing a RB with this last pick. _________________

I agree with this on Harper. If we can get a solid trade up. _________________

Really think we missed out on a great talent in Jon Franklin. I know he isnt a need but in 4th round you always go bpa. _________________

I agree with that for the most part, however, who are we going to cut to get him on the roster? Last years rookies looked good and we have a newly signed Mendenhall. That is just too crowded and talented of a backfield to have room for another. I'm a big fan of Franklins as well as several other RB's in this draft, but with the signing of Mendenhall, it bascially eliminated that position from the draft as I can't see cutting any of the 3 we have. We got a good player this round _________________
