Draft Rules:

- All picks will be made on this forum. All members will have 24 hours to make their pick (this part is non-negotiable). In the event you can't make a pick in that span, you will get the Best Player Available according to Yahoo! Rankings the first time. Any time after, the person after you can skip you and make their pick. This process will keep happening until you make the pick.

- In the event you know you can't make a pick, you have 3 options.
You can authorize another person to make the pick for you, but it must be posted who you are giving authorization to and they must accept. You must accept your proxys decision

- You can send a small draft board to me, and I'll give you the BPA based on your board.

- After you make your pick, let the person after you know they are on the clock via PM. The clock starts as soon as the last person makes their pick.

- If I see that a post has been editted that pick will be voided. If you made a mistake, just delete the post and repost. Think carefully before you pick.

- You can trade picks as you like.

DRAFT PICK TRADE RULES

Trades can be 2 picks for 1 if you want but you can't be over or under roster limits. Meaning you must have 27 players at the end of the day.

Trades won't be considered for veto unless at least 3 owners feel that it's lopsided. Then, we're going to use league veto where 6 votes will get the veto being applied. 6 will be the majority as the two teams won't get a vote due to a conflict of interest whereas the other 10 teams will. If a picks was made and a trade was vetoed, the pick will be the team's whose pick it originally was.

You are however open to try and trade any drafted players obtained through a rejected trade once the ENTIRE draft is done and rosters are entered on Yahoo! At which point, the trade will be under standard yahoo! trade rules.

If you end up with anything over or under 21 players on your roster, I�ll cut a random player from your roster. You don�t get a choice. It will be done via the same process as the randomized draft pick. The randomizer will pick a number between 1 and 21. Whichever number it picks, I will cut a player from the corresponding round. If you have two picks in that round, the higher pick gets cut. So you could lose Pujols or you could lose Randy Winn and it�s out of my hands.

The reason I�m being a stickler this year for this part is because some people go overboard with this trading aspect. Some people keep trading around without paying attention to what they are doing, this creates a mess for the general organization of the draft and the running of the league. For example, people might miss draft picks because they weren�t sure if they were on the clock because of too many trades.

This is a measure created to make people accountable, keep things fair, and make people pay attention to what they are doing.
