If anyone didn't catch the Jeff Fisher press conference, the reason why he was claimed was so they could interview him as a Ram. They wanted to interview him with no other team/party involved.
They did not like what he said after his 4 day long interview and they let him go. _________________

Fine by me, i feel that was a smart way to handle it. As always, I trust Fish & Snead. _________________

What a complete idiot. Good riddance. |
LOL. That could be it. Perhaps the only reason the Rams put in the waiver in the first place was to potentially block a division opponent from getting him.
Either way, it doesn't matter, we've had a need at WR this whole time, nothing has changed that. | lol what div opp needed him? Arz already has enough pass catchers...just no QB. SF and Sea dont need the headache. Not sure that made sense. _________________ I love me some 49ers, Michigan, and my Lakers.

As other's have pointed out the Titus Young era as a Ram was a low risk/high reward move.
They brought him for a closer look, made the decision he would not be a good fit, and moved on - without any hit to the team's salary cap whatsoever. |

| He is a F#&%HEAD , and total poison. We have the start of a very good team with another good draft coming heavy with PLAYERS we need.... In 3 months we'll here of him shooting someone or a Federal Prison signing him to a long term deal to be their newest WIDEOUT !!! OUCH... |

Even though none of the remaining 31 teams bothered to put a claim on him? |
The Rams would not have known that when they put the claim in.
Go back to the thread that announced his signing. I called it that he would be cut before training camp. I always felt that putting in a claim on him was little more than a blocking maneuver. _________________

The bad part about that is, does this not reset our waiver claiming position to last now? _________________

I don't know if you guys knew this, but I just heard from a Lion's fan that Titus Young had character issues. Maybe it's a good thing we cut him. _________________
