My philosophy was to try to fix the defence. Then add talent to the WR position. The rest of the offence can wait a year. _________________

I don't know if J-Hunt is gonna fall to 52, but with the depth at WR, we shall see. I expect a good combine out of him. _________________

If not J-Hunt a guy like Quinton Patton, Markus Wheaton, or Aaron Dobson would be there.
This draft is deep at receiver and defensive tackle so I would prefer, if we spend two early-ish picks on receivers, to have them be in rounds two and four. _________________

IF Percy is still there; but if he leaves, I think we gotta address WR in R1 and another in R2/R3 depending on the defensive players left. _________________

To me there is no real difference between first/second round receivers this year, outside of Cordarelle Patterson; I feel he will be gone by the time we pick. _________________

I think Keenan Allen is the only other guy I'd spend a R1 on; there's a good chance one of them will fall to 23 so we'll see _________________

I am not expecting MN to make a move at CB this offseason, I think they stick with Cook, Robinson and Winfield. Need more depth, not sure i would spend my limited free agent dollars on a CB, instead id prefer a WR or DT who can start day one. _________________

I have about 20 of these on my phone. In this scenario I imagined the WR getting too pricey and I don't love the FA DT options. Rather take a flier in a guy and draft another. Grimes could come a little cheaper due to injury which is a Rick type move. _________________

I was actually going to put 4 or 5 WR options at pick 52. Choose your own adventure style (who remembers those books?). One of Hunter, Woods, Patton, Wheaton or Dobson is bound to be there. _________________

Wheaton is supposed to have rockets on his feet, so he's the guy I'd take. As Gil Brandt says, you can teach them to catch better, but you can't coach them to be faster. (This is true unless the player's last name is Williamson). _________________
