Loadholt is my biggest want in terms of resigning. Lets keep this pretty good line together!! (Especially since they are all pretty young)

Will determine my happiness/displeasure once deal terms are made public...

Definitely keeps the RT position filled with a solid player, but hopefully not for too much money.

+1. $6M/year or less would be ideal

Frazier:[Re-signing Loadholt] sends a message to our team. When I sat down with our players and did our exit interviews after the season, I can’t tell you the number of guys who came into my office and said, ‘Coach, we’ve got to get Phil re-signed.’ And not just offensive guys. Defensive guys too. I’m listening to this and I’m saying, ‘Man, Phil has some real influence on our team.’ Which I knew because he works hard and always plays hurt and never bucks the system. He not only does everything we ask him to do, but his work resonates with the rest of the team. So why let him go somewhere else with all we’ve invested?”

^^Loadholt looks like McKinnie but has the opposite personality it seems, I remember alot of high praise before which was a big reason I really wanted him resigned.

He is the anti McKinnie. McKinnie loves the Miami lifestyle, hanging out at clubs. Loadholt is a family man, who is happy living that kind of life in MN.

Vollmer pay. Is Loadholdt that much better? Or does Spielman insta-panic regularly?
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/03/28/vollmer-deal-ties-millions-to-playing-time-performance/

four years is $16.75 million, but millions more are tied to playing time and performance.

The deal includes a $7 million signing bonus and base salaries of $1.25 million in 2013, $2 million in 2014, $2.25 million in 2015, and $2.25 million in 2016.

Plenty more can be earned via bonuses and incentives.

In 2013, Vollmer can each $750,000 in playing-time incentives, along with a $250,000 Pro Bowl bonus.

Loadholt hasn't missed a game due to injury, Vollmer, quite often, has.

Seems like the market for Loadholt was more active too, leading to a higher price.
