Pretty horrible Titans draft. Jordan is not a 4-3 DE so that would be a waste and he's horribly overrated. Richardson should be the pick. I like Minter a lot if we had a need for a MLB but we don't with McCarthy. Eddie Lacy would be great here to give us that complimentary back to CJ. With the re pick of Richardson in the 1st, no need for a DT so Dallas Thomas should be the pick. Another horrible pick in the 4th with Holmes. Fernando Velasco is our center for the future and I'm sure he'll be resigned so I'd go with DJ Swearinger. _________________

| Admittely I don't know much about the players for Dallas beyond Sheriff Floyd but on a position by position basis I like it. Even like EJ Manuel in the 4th. |

The Eagles' third round pick is bizarre.
They have an adequate center coming back from a not too serious injury.
They have the guy who replaced him.
They could add another center as far down as UDFA if need be.
Meanwhile, they are switching to a 3-4 and have no answer at NT.
Both corners need replacing.
Both safeties are even worse.
Right guard was filled by a journeyman midway through last season.
They are not deep at WR.
Their QB does not fit the system.
Even TE is stagnating with just Celek out there.
And they take a center in the 3rd round?
Bad pick.
The others are pretty good, though.
I like Long and Cyprien.
I'm not really sold on Jones, but it isn't the worst pick I've seen and I'm not going to kill you on that one.
But, a center in the 3rd round??? |

Datone Jones round 1
Barrett is good in the 2nd, excellent value.
Goodman in the 3rd is terrible. He's nowhere near worthy of that pick, GI e us Arthur Brown without a doubt if he's there which I doubt. _________________

Meh draft for Miami
1. Patterson- Not impressed...all hype.
2. Williams- What for? Can move Jared Odrick to DT if Randy Starks leaves in FA.
2. Poyer- Like
3. Sims- Miami is looking for a fast, 4.5-4.7, seam threat TE not a slow TE that can play on a defensive line.
3. Winters- Like |

| Really like it for the Broncos, especially if Lattimore can get his legs back sooner rather than later. |

Trendy pick, but more and more feeling like the wrong pick. A guy with a history of weight problems who once quit football is just not my idea of a top 3 pick, no matter what the team needs may appear to be.
Jarvis Jones is the easy choice here. He's checked out medically. If team docs agree, he's arguably the top prospect in this draft.

Definitely need OL. I prefer Dallas Thomas, personally.
But, with a guy like Carradine still on the board, I'd likely double dip on pass rushers. He and Jones could prove to be a deadly tandem. The only drawback here is that both guys have a medical red flag, making this particular double dip a somewhat more significant role of the dice. OR, you could consider it a hedge. Either way, I'd do it. Oakland's pass rush is beyond embarrassing. That has to be addressed.
As much as I don't like him, Barkley does become a little tempting this late in the draft. Of course he'll go at least a round higher, but I wouldn't even consider him before this point in the draft.

Addresses a need.
Would have been great to see Leveon Bell fall just a little farther, but...oh well.
Oh, btw...

Jamie Collins is a DE/OLB. Just a heads up. |

Cannot see any team taking Reed over Escobar, especially the Lions. Reed has injury and penalty issues, the last thing the Lions need. _________________

Okay Vikings draft, first two rounds are solid, next two not so much, OT and DE won't be taken in round two, OG, and DT are the needs along the line. And CB isn't bad in round three, but not LB in the first three rounds isn't a good thing. _________________ Gnat's Movie Reviews
