Stolen content from the Seawhawks, forum needs a kick.

You guys should know the drill by now
But here are a few changes:
-If you vote, PLEASE in turn post in thread 1) Who you voted for 2) Who you would like to be added to the next poll
-Thread is open to discussion about anything pertaining to the rankings. You may respectfully disagree with someone's selection, but please do not "bash" or criticize someone for making a selection. I would like each selection to be made purely off of opinion, no pressure
-If you are a fan of another team just dropping by, feel free to submit a vote or join the discussion. Outside perspective is always welcome
-I will keep this going until we 1) Complete a 30 man roster 2) or interest drops off to the point where the process loses its function, in which cases the amount will be rounded off. At the end i would like to get this stickied as the official 2013 Jaguar player rankings

No MJD?
Daryl Smith. The entire defense changes for the better with him in the game. A rare player in that he is able to have such a huge impact from the 4-3 OLB position. Only a couple of other 4-3 OLBs in the NFL with similar impact. _________________

Forgot him.
Smith isn't a bad choice. _________________

Regardless, I went with Derek Cox, when healthy, he was one of the top cover corners, sadly, didn't show up with the lack of pass rush and poor hammy. _________________

I also agree with Smith, next one is a little tougher of a choice for me though. _________________

I was doing to do one of these after Free Agency/Draft. I guess we can do it now.
I added MJD to the poll.
Haven't decided who to go with yet. _________________

Eugene Monroe.
Still young and entering his prime. Best player on our team in my opinion. _________________

Just do another one after.
I thought of doing one then too, but then its not a real relationship to the player on his last year's impact on the team. _________________

Monroe because I'm a firm believer of building a team starting with the trenches and we don't have a good QB. _________________

Monroe is good, but our defense is just on another level when Smith is in. He single handily helps push our team to another level. _________________

I think Daryl is our most valuable player and Derric is our best, when healthy.
But my vote goes to Eugene because he doesn't have injury or age concerns and is consistently a borderline elite player. I think if we do this poll again in October, Monroe will win hands-down because I believe he's going to emerge as an All-Pro while Daryl and Derric may not even be Jaguars come March. . _________________

Voted for Daryl.
With him, top ten defense.
Without him, fire every one.
He's been the cog through all the changes.
Holding it down since 2004.
Monroe is our 2nd best player.
Poz is 3rd.
Honorable mention-CS3, Cox, MJD _________________ People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

2011 Gabbert-No coach, No receivers, no line=worst in league

CSIII
Is there anything he cant do? Its a shame scrubs like Brooks and Chung had to deliver blows to his head.
The CSIII/JB14 tandem is gonna be so good. _________________

I agree. CSIII is a bad man. I think he is going to be even better this year. _________________ 2nd place in Jaguars forum USJJC 2012
