| Any chance of Audie starting if Erin leaves in free agency? I still remember the intercepted 2 passes on consecutive plays returning both for touchdowns which is sweet! Vikings still need a linebacker in the draft though... |

Doubtful. He barely was a special teams contributor. Tyrone Mckenzie would start before Cole does.

the back to back INT's you reference were in pre-season too.
most anything can happen in those games.

Count me in the minority. I'm hoping Audie Cole wins a starting spot on our team. I think he has great instincts and a good feel for the game. You can't teach those attributes.

Look I hope Audie Cole has a great camp and wins the starting spot to given he outplays the competition. But I would want to give him some tough competition by brining in other LBs.

I think Audie Cole is a better fit at WLB than MLB personally. I worry about Cole's ability to take on blocks and be a consistent tackler in the middle. I think he would do just fine at WLB. Realistically, he was a 7th rd pick so his potential is likely severely limited.
Then again, Erin Henderson went undrafted and he has been a starter, although a poor one in the Vikings scheme.

You may be right, I am not very impressed with Jasper and Erin is terrible, that is why I would like to see Audie start, he can not be any worse than Jasper and Erin |

There is a justification to start Audie and that is 2 picks returns for touchdowns in 2 plays and Jasper and Erin could not even do that 
But yeah, it is preseason, I would have been more impressed if that was in the regular season |

One of his INTs was off Brad Smith. He plays WR.

Cole also doesn't deserve to start based off of two pre-season plays is the point.
