How's that for an intriguing name?
He's listed at OLB but play a lot with his hand down at the LOS, listed at 6'4" 270lb, and now in his prime. He had 7.5 sacks last season and played big in the playoffs. Baltimore has a lot of decisions to make this offseason, and they might not pay Kruger out what other teams will. Maybe 7M is a fair offer? If we re-sign Sean Smith, Kruger would be the 4th Utah Ute on our starting defense.

| That'd be an interesting signing, but after his playoff play, he's no longer a secret. Meaning he'll probably be somewhat expensive. |

Intense, quality pass rusher comes to mind when talking Paul Kruger.
Kruger fits the scheme of a pass rushing/blitzing/hybrid OLB in this scheme. He gives us versatility as far as being able to play DE and OLB. This would allow us to move him all over the place. _________________

i like it, but itd prolly be tuff to get him down here, it would be all about the $$$$$. So who knows if wed wanna spend that much, considering we'd still need 1 to 2 OL, CB, and WR. _________________

We'd have to shell out money for any quality free agent. I'd say offer 7.5M max. |

With the likelyhood of Ray Lewis & Ed Reed leaving Balt will move Hell & High Water to resign him.
Highly doubt we even get a whiff of the guy.

You all realize that Paul Kruger is one dimensional. Strictly rush the passer. _________________

They don't have the money. 5 million over the cap and that doesn't include Flacco's deal _________________

This may seem like a stupid question, as i know he's an elite pass rusher and will have a place to play no matter what, but how does he fit into a 4-3? I dont think he's a great fit for it, but like i said, elite pass rushing will always give you a place in the NFL nowadays. _________________

This 4-3 defense has an OLB that is a 4-3 pass rusher. This is a hybrid style defense. _________________

Similar, yes. It is an aggressive defense and an attacking defense. It's what Mike Zimmer does in Cincinnati _________________
