He has alot of work to do starting with finding the right personel for a 3-4 defense. Graham, Ryans, and Kendricks will be the linebackers and maybe Cole. Is Cole fast enough for a OLB? Safeties need to go or there needs to be serious competition. Will we draft a nose tackle at #4? What do we do with Nnamdi?
