I don't think it's a stretch to say we have plenty of 'quality' players.
We're just really lacking 'great' players, and particularly at some pretty key positions.
But yeah, it really depends on your definition of 'quality player'.

If you're not top 10, or on your way to top 10, you aren't a quality player, I guess.

I agree with this. We have solid players in positions that don't matter as much. We suck at the most important positions (QB, DE, CB).
