Now that's an excellent start to the offseason. I wonder what kind of influence, if any, that he's gonna have on our offseason moves. Are there any defensive players that he's eyeballing in the draft or FA and wanting us to make a hard push to get?

I am thinking anyone that has used deer antler spray in the last 12 months. 
All jokes aside, I am not as happy with the hire as most of you guys. I have posted my reasons on a previous thread, hopefully I am wrong.

A question with his postion. Is he just under Gray or is he over Gray and just under Munchak. Senior assistant coach for its defense to me sounds like he is under Gray and its just a one year deal.

Well I can't lie. I'm absolutely stoked about the hire, at least for the moment. I'm hoping he can get our defense back to its dominant aggressive form like it was during the 1999 and 2000 seasons before Jim Schwartz eventually ruined it.
And if people are upset and want to hate us for this hire, then too bad, let 'em hate. This is one case where I'm more than willing to forgive and grant second chances. Why? Because that's just the swell kind of guy I am. "Love, peace, and tranquility among my fellow man..." is my motto.

The man looks well good for him its clobberin time i cant wait. Maybe his name gets us an extra Prime Time game who knows ether way i cant wait to see how he helps us. Griffins on board with itwhich is a plus maybe Griffin looks better or plays better who knows but i like the signing it gives us a little exposure to the media. The Titans @ Rams game will be even more fun now cant wait till April to see when that is

The bolded statement is my main concern with the hiring along with Williams defenses declined every year he was in New Orleans. Crossing my fingers this works out, if not Gray will be fired by October and Munch/Williams fired next January.
