Would probably demand way too much for a #2 back. Add the fact that some team is likely going to take a chance and hope that he returns to old form when they make him the starter. _________________

Best pass-blocking back in the NFL. That and the memories are the only things we'll miss him for though. Brown and Wilson are both better runners than he is at this point. I wish him luck wherever he lands. Was always a fiery player. Just sucks he is 26 with feet that are more metal than man.
Would fit great with the Packers or Falcons IMO. _________________

Ahmad is a blue collar guy. Does everything you ask him and fights through injury. There will be a lot of teams after him. _________________

I don't see the Eagles signing him... We have McCoy and Brown as our RB's who get the majority to the carries. I don't think Bradshaw wants to be behind those two guys. _________________

I honestly see him as a Packer or Patriot. I think his running style, blocking ability, and good hands would make him a prime 3rd down back for either team. I don't see him carrying the load anymore though. Those knees just aren't going to hold up to 20-25 carries a game anymore. What's sad is he's still pretty young. His hard running style has broken down his body quickly. _________________

Doubt it.
RB is one of our lowest needs.
We have Stevan Ridley, Shane Vereen, Danny Woodhead, Brandon Bolden and Jeff Demps.
Ridley and Vereen should get the majority of snaps and thats if Woodhead is let go and Bolden is deemed not good enough to play as a #3 or #4. _________________

Was really surprised to learn that he's only 26, seems like he's been in the league for a decade. He's one of my favorite non-Ravens in the league though. Any team that needs leadership and intensity on offense should look into picking him up. He brings a lot to the table as a backup. _________________

Definitely not, we don't need a bad RB to clutter up our awesome backfield. _________________

Wouldn't mind if Denver went after him to replace McGahee but pretty unlikely. _________________

Plus Mike McCarthy is a huge "available" guy, he doesn't like guys that are injured a lot or miss a lot of practice, I could see that taking us out of the running. |
