LOLZ. I just remember this goof celebrating after making a catch against the Bears earlier this past season when the game was already well out of reach. Clearly seems like he's in it more for himself than anything else.
Does this answer your question of whether or not I'd want him on this team?....

Bears fans are so emotional and quick to judge... you guys all acted this way when we signed Amobi Okoye to a 1 year deal a couple years ago (before he went to Tampa and reinjured himself), and he was one of our most productive DLinemen that year.
It wouldn't hurt to give him a chance to prove he can change and be something. |

We could bring him in for a look, I doubt we sign him though. _________________ Adopt a Bear:

Not the same - Okoye never tanked plays on purpose in Houston. _________________

Yeah I was real happy about the Okoye signing, and I don't remember anyone absolutely hating that signing. There was no risk and we ended up getting some good reward from that signing. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |

I can't possibly imagine any risk being involved in this one, either. |

He purposely lined up incorrectly because he was angry with the team...that is a huge risk. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |

Yeah but I'm not surprised, Fisher showed with the Janoris Jenkins pick last year that he's willing to take this kind of risk. Talent-wise, Young may already be the best receiver on the Rams, so maybe Bradford will give him all the looks he wants and he'll be happy. Who knows?
I hope he turns it around, but I was not willing to take the risk with him on the Bears. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |

Guys...
We really need to start trimming down on the painfully obvious terrible threads -- take a hint, this is one of them.
Name one player on our team right now that has any character qualms we don't really like. Yeah, we're not signing Titus Young even if you're having visions of a better Johnny Knox. I don't think we want the headache. _________________ Newest Mock Draft .:. 1.11.13

I'll pass. Too much of a headcase without enough talent to make up for it. _________________

I apologize for that comment. After reading through the thread, I can see the members of this section of the forum have formed a solid discussion here. I guess it just frustrates me a bit to see that of all the names out there, this is the guy we're talking about. For what it's worth, I just don't believe the Bears to be interested in guys like this that could be (or have been) possible detriments to the team.
This is an organization of class. We didn't waste time with guys like Tank Johnson, Cedric Benson and Sam Hurd; why would we with Young?
Carry on, guys. _________________ Newest Mock Draft .:. 1.11.13
