I don't see how anyone could have complaints about the guys who got in. All are deserving.

As for the Bus. I don't believe he is a HOFer, but he is close.

However, I would not have a problem if he did.

Getting really crowded next year.

Kevin Mawae
Kurt Warner
Derrick Brooks
Zach Thomas
Walter Jones
Junior Seau
Isaac Bruce
Chris Samuels
Tony Dungy

All of them become eligible. Another WR to crowd the position again. I know it's early but does anyone have any predictions for next years class?

I would say Strahan, Reed, Brooks, Jones and Dungy.

Replace Reed with Seau

I wanted to but I didn't know about both linebackers going in at the same time. There is a LB jam coming though.

There's really no way Brooks should get in over Seau IMO.

Granted I paid attention to the Bucs far more than the Chargers, but gun to my head I'd give Brooks the nod over Seau considering he does have a DPOY award and a Super Bowl ring while being the best (tied with Sapp) player on the team that won.

Yes he will, no doubt. Great player, I just dont see why he would get in over Carter.

The Curtis Martin conversation is asinine. He was the catalyst for any Jets offensive success for five out of his eight years with the team. He wasn't just wracking up yards. The Jets passing offense was entirely based on play action and bootlegs. The team wouldn't have made the playoffs in 2001, 2002, or 2004 without Martin.

I was pleased that the Hall rewarded a player who was often the absolute best player on his team year-in and year-out.

As for this year's class, I'm disappointed that Kevin Greene still isn't in. Otherwise, I'm really happy to see the Tuna make his way into the Hall.

The Curtis Martin conversation isnt asinine. It's perfectly fair and legitimate. As a modern HoFer he is pretty underwhelming.

And everything you said added up to NY Jets Hall of Fame. Not the NFL Hall of Fame.
