@evansilva
New #Cardinals HC Bruce Arians once compared Rashard Mendenhall to Edgerrin James. Arizona would be sensible landing spot for Mendenhall.
Take in account the source..
Also, Dolphins are not expected to retain Reggie Bush's services. |

Bush would cost to much, so he is out
Rashard could work here, again cost is an issue |

Interesting. Pure speculation of course but interesting nonetheless. _________________

We have literally zero to spend in FA. Maybe next year if Levi, Beanie, Dockett, A-Dub etc are cut or not retained. I would be great to have the reborn Reggie Bush, though. _________________

Some creative cap work is needed to get it done.
Question is whether Mikey Mike is willing to top up bonus now and keep the players long term.
Restructuring for cap purposes is done by players who are here long term.
Most of that list below are short term at best. |

Isn't that what got us in this situation now? Levi made peanuts last year which pushes his cap hit to 7M like Colledge. Dockett's deal is structured to pretty much be stuck to him. If we push more money towards 2014 it will clash with Fitz' 18-19m cap hit along with CC making 14 something mil.
We should just avoid any FA signings and try to get Kolb to take a paycut. If we draft a Tackle & Guard we can cut Levi and Snyder which helps us the following year. _________________

I agree totally with that.
The the Kolb and Fitz scenario got us into this mess.
Grave was working against himself and hoping judgement day would never come.
Lucky for him he got fired first |

Well, we can't avoid free agency altgoether. It's a matter of just filling out a roster then. We've got a dozen or so free agents of our own that need to be dealt with and 4-5 other guys we're talking about cutting, so.... _________________
