Always seemed like a well-liked vocal leader in the locker room…good to see he is getting a chance to learn about the game from a coaching perspective and who knows what it could led to down the line.

Good for him. Was a fan of his when he was here as a player and nice to have a new coach come in that many players will be familiar with already.

Super classy move on the part of the Bears. Harris is a great guy who loves the city. He's going to be overworked and underpaid as a QC coach, but he'll learn a lot about coaching. I could see him as a DBs coach someday.

Cool to see this happen, I've always liked Chris. I was so excited when we traded to get him back, too bad it didn't really work out.

I'm happy to see players like Chris and Al Harris get coaching positions straight out of retirement.

Ya gotta start somewhere, even when you are an NFL vet. Good to see that the Bears are giving him a foot in the door, it's really up to him as to how far he can take this, and maybe he's just trying it to see if coaching is something he wants to do...either way, nice to see.
