The Steelers recently hired Jack Bicknell Jr as their OL coach. How was he as an OL coach? He should have a great base to start running a ZBS in Pittsburgh with Pouncey, DeCastro, and M.Adams. They are all more suited for ZBS. Was it a good hire? Did he and Haley work well together?

Believe it or not, the Chiefs finished with the 12th overall OL. Pair this with the terrible QB play from Cassel and Quinn all season and that number looks better and better. Not to mention the success we had in the running game.

I would be happy if I were you. Well, as happy as you can be about hiring an OL coach haha.

Bicknell was a hire of Romeo Crennel, after Haley was fired. While he ran a ZBS here, he came from the Giants, and they did not run a ZBS.

It's hard to judge him too much, because our line was as good as it has been in recent years. I didn't see any measurable effect from his presence. Maybe he was critical in getting Donald Stephenson ready to play at a decent level, or helping Ryan Lilja transition to center. But he just as easily could have had very little affect on those things.
