... will play in perhaps their last game on behalf of the Browns tonight.
Haslem says the coaches and Lombardi will make the call on whether or not to sign Dawson. i hope they do sign him but honestly i won't be mad at all if Phil decides to sign with a contender. money shouldn't be an issue since he's padded his wallet quite a bit after being franchise tagged 2x.
also Haslem loves Josh and calls him "Cribbsy". i thought i was the only one.

It sure would be nice to see Dawson finish his career here. He deserves a nice contract and would make it even better since we are getting close to being a good team. _________________

I'd try to resign Dawson.
Cribbs I'd most likely let walk. _________________

Cribbs is still effective as a KO returner and gunner on ST. _________________ Everything happens exactly the way it is supposed to happen...otherwise, it would happen some other way |

Currently, the best person in the AFC to do so.
Why re-sign someone in their prime at the top of their game, though? |

Uh-oh, sounds like another of those disturbingly more and more frequent agreements between those who generally don't agree that have been popping up since we weathered the Mayan prophesy.

really though I think there's a spot for Cribbs on the team but he'd have to take a pay cut, which is probably gonna happen wherever he goes. Pro Bowl isn't a barometer for anything anymore, he's likely going to be fazed out as a returner and offers just coverage and reserve WR value at this point. |

So use Benji to return punts, but don't even think about using him as a gunner.
I think Cribbs might be willing to stick around Cleveland for $3-4M/year. That to me is worth what he brings to the team, and wouldn't really have a dramatic effect on the cap. |

Is it just me that finds it a little curious that Cribbs even lined up at WR in the Pro Bowl, much less did well?
I mean, new HC/OC, new teammates, new system, etc. _________________ Everything happens exactly the way it is supposed to happen...otherwise, it would happen some other way |

He is. Would he be if he drew more attention because of Cribbs' absence? I'd rather not know. |
