Do youhave salaries on Ziggy Hood or Gerhart? Or is there a good place I can go to check them out? Takes me ages to find salaries.
I think that's a really important part of what we have to look at with limited cap space. If Hood is cheaper than Vaughn Martin, or if Gerhart is cheaper than Ronnie Brown, I don't mind the idea of either. |

Just change the team to the one you want. Put dashes where there's spaces.
Ziggy is in their plans, big ime. Doubt we can make that happen. _________________

I would wait and see what they are willing to offer before we offer anything. _________________

If we are able to keep Alexander, we can trade Royal or Meachem.
For Fred Jackson, we need to know if he plans to be injured the same weeks than Matthews. |

I'm not sure if they want Royal+, or if they think they're giving us a good deal in a straight swap. _________________

Some trade wants/demands:
Tim Tebow's Immortal Soul - make it clear to the Jets, we want no part of Tebow, we just want his soul harvested from his body and sent to us in a jar (a NICE jar... not some cheap Tupperware!). For that, I'm willing to consent to not posting any butt-fumble GIF's in their War Room for the duration of FFMD.
Bernard Pollard to be traded every week to whichever is playing the Broncos - for this, I've got some used urinal cakes that I'm sure we can get JH21 to spit polish all nice and new-looking.
An extra 7th round pick - This is largely so that we can draft QB Jeff Tuel out of Washington State. Not that Tuel is actually any good or anything, but I know a trend when I see one. And evidently if you have a young QB who grew up in Bum Frick Egypt, Nor Cal, your team goes to the Super Bowl (see Rodgers, Kaepernick). Granted, Fresno isn't quite as bad as Chico or Turlock, but it's close... it's pretty much the Temecula of the North... just without the wine.
We also need to petition the league for the allowance to put Gaither and Clary in Thunder Dome (that's right, cage fight to the death... two "men" enter, one lazy, worthless POS leaves... unless we're really lucky ). Surely we can't be charged the salary of a guy who's dead, right? Right? (Sadly, Gaither's bonus money cap hit still even counts against us even if he is dead. Thanks AJ!) _________________

Did someone already ask the saints about what they can do about Chris Ivory, or do we have to wait till the RFA period for that one, since i guarantee they'll tag him... _________________

This thread will be used to post announcements to the general manager regarding game rules, schedule changes and procedural requests. It should be saved in your GM's post history but anyone else who wishes to follow updates should check there.
This will only be for mechanics, not signings or in-mock news _________________

Not to say I don't like Garay, but I think anything we can get for him is a bonus. His 5m needs to go, and if we can grab an extra pick to get rid of it then I'm on board. |

Pretty much agree. I'd even be open (mind you this is just me) to just satisfying a depth need if the trade frees up a fair chunk of the cap space (i.e. the money-commitment brought back isn't near the size of what's sent with Garay).
I'd love to do an Ivory for Garay swap. Maybe Eric Olsen as a depth ZBS-experienced (and formerly having worked under McCoy) interior OL and a 7th. Zach Strief might not be a bad option to look at as a player for player swap as we'd gain a stop-gap starter at RT and still free up $3 million in cap space. _________________
