Got it from someone in the discussion thread.
Just bears mentioning to watch when it's head-to-head over a guy with another team (like NO) who is working with half the cap space we do (and we still have the built in benefit of being able to cut Garay, McClain, and Bigby if we're able to sign comparable, cheaper options).
Speaking of which, we might want to keep an eye on the TE's and the H-Back's, because if we can bring in someone for cheaper than McClain's base salary we could get a better scheme fit and a little extra cap space. (Worse comes to worse there are guys late in the draft I like at this type of role as well). _________________

We have the high bid on Sopoaga over the Raiders. I have a feeling they're going to raise on him if I raise on Franklin. _________________

Phillips is at $3m. I don't think we can find somebody as good for under $5m. I think we can go up to $4m and be good. Thoughts?
I put in a bid of $800k on Mike Mitchell. See how that goes. _________________

If it goes any higher it puts it only 40k where Jammer's minimum would be, so I'd bid that one in before going higher on Mitchell than 800k.
Raiders don't have a ton of cap space, so keep an eye on them. They've only got $10.7m by the Rule of 54 and they've been in a pretty heated bidding war with PIT and PHI over Larry Grant and they currently hold the high bid at $2.6M, so that would drop their available cap to 8.3m.
Also, I wouldn't throw out bids on them yet, (I've found it's nice to let the Sharks swim for a little before going after some guys you want at a bargain), but keep your eyes peeled to watch if Kirk Morrison or Demorrio get any bids. McKelvin might not be a bad look either as he would allow us to part with Goodman (McKelvin is a ST upgrade at worst) and he can at least get his crack at playing CB. _________________

Raiders declared war by upping the bid on Mitchell to $850k, and then put a $940k bid on Jammer out of spite. _________________

I'd rather pay Jammer 16 million then let him put on silver and black. _________________

Can we take them up high enough that the Raiders won't be able to afford their rookies? (I'm only sort of kidding... and also don't want to do the math.) _________________

I really wish that once a team bids on like 15 players like the Giants did at once, no one places a bid. _________________

It wasn't so much that I want Franklin as the chinsy bid by the Raiders... really a 50k raise compared to a million? _________________

Shaun Phillips is up at $3.75m. I think it's about time to back out.
Good news is that nobody's countered on Barnes yet. _________________
