I'd be ok going up to 3 on Gamble, wouldn't do any more though... _________________

I'd bid our max now. If it goes over it's going to start pushing the 50% franchise figure which means he's out of our price range realistically.
Maybe toss out a feeler low-bid on Sheldon Brown. _________________

Honestly, i may be being stupid here, but i want Jammer as a SS, good stop gap for SS, will come cheap, can cover (BIG Bigby problem), smart and physical, Taylor/Jammer/Lynch is an alright SS combo for me... _________________

Gamble is over $3m now. I bid $1.75 on Butler. We're in the lead on Sopoaga at $1.15m. I just had to go up on Martin to $900k. We have the lead on Phillips and Barnes. _________________

Who the hell is trying to snatch my favorite Martin? They have no idea how to use him. _________________

Colts jumped the bid to $2.5 on Darius Butler. How high do we want to go on him? _________________

Is he even that good? And I think the other thing to ask is how much John Pagano's scheme is really like his brother's. If it is then Butler has value to us, but at the same time if the schemes are the same then undersized corners do just fine and we really don't need to be throwing around a ton of money at corner when this is a pretty deep draft class (if we're not having to worry about coming away with a 6'0"+ guy). _________________

I hope they know we will go all the way to 5m for him. I don't know why they want him. Word is they are going to a 1 gap 3-4 which he'd be a terrible fit in. He's strictly a 5 tech in the mold of Igor. Make them pay dearly for someone who will be a poor scheme fit. _________________

I'd take a flyer on Michael Mitchell. Let him compete for the starting spot. _________________

Forgot he'd accrued 4 years. Not a bad pickup at the minimum, since by the rule of 54 he might still only bump our used cap space minimally. _________________

Also, anyone have the link to scar's master roster sheet? I'm supposed to be monitoring FFMD this weekend while the mock-heads are away and it'd probably be beneficial to know if a team bids themselves over their cap limit. _________________

Not to mention we can count on him to give at least two games a year his best effort. _________________
