We should probably figure out what we should be offering #24. I'm thinking that we should offer a deal that's worth maybe 1 million or 1.5 million more annually than Current Player #31 however a slightly longer contract obviously.

I put together a pitch and a contract offer for #24 and threw it in the google doc. If you guys want to read it over and let me know if there's anything you want to change and how you feel about the contract please do.

Obviously it's up to Ruskie as to whether or not we want to use it, just had a bit of free time and figured I could write it up.

Hey guys I am going to step down from my position, I am doing some writing for LBC and I am going to be one of the agents in FA, so it would be a conflict of interest to stay on as head coach.
