Ok, next on the list is an organized list of all staff and their positions in Titania's Room of War. We shall place it below this sentence:

Keep in mind that all of us will be playing a role in making the decisions around here, be it Free Agency, Trading, or the Draft. That being said, each office will have a particular role that they will be in charge of. For example, Director of Security will be in charge of generating codes for potential Free Agents and Draft Picks, Coordinators will oversee the particular area of the team's personnel as well as potential free agents and rookies, and so on. Regardless of the title, we will all have a say in any matter, big or small, and all input is welcome and encouraged, no matter how much it will later be ignored.




Here, we shall list the names of those individuals on the Titans roster that are still with us, but we don't really like that much and are willing to part with but only for a particular price.

THE HIRING PROCESS

If you would like a position listed, please send me a Personal Message stating:

1. Who you are.
2. What position you like.
3. Why you would be good for the job.
4. Date of Birth, Current Address, and Social Security Number.
5. Favorite Titans Player (Hint: It's probably Michael Griffin)

And I shall then conduct a thorough interview with you.

The hiring process will begin now and last through Tuesday, January 29th at 11:59pm EST. At that point, I would like to announce the individuals filling each office post. This is a 48 hour window, so if you are active enough to participate in this, it will not be an issue.

I myself am a highly active member of Football's Future, and I will be online daily. Feel free to reach me via PM at any moment, and I will reply ASAP. Any extended period of time that I will be offline (I.E. 24 hours or more), I will ensure you are all aware.

There have been a few of you who have already posted in this thread regarding positions, I know it's a bit of a hassle but for the sake of keeping everything organized and official, I would prefer you PM me your information as stated above.

I shall be organizing information into Excel Files and using Google Documents for FFMD.

I do not require you to be online 24/7, but I would like a staff that is relatively regularly online, and able to fulfill their job postings.

Currently in the process of creating the signatures that will unify our Front Office, and will go ahead and copy this post into the first page.

Looking forward to hearing from great candidates!
