Saints get
CB Tramon Williams
Packers get
RT Zac Strief
4th round pick
5th round pick
Tramon Williams has been a very good CB in GB, but they're looking to move on because of salary cap issues. I vote yes. |
Giving away our 4th and 5th im not confortable with, I would rather do homework and take a chance in the draft, losing 3 players for 1 just does not sit well with me, but that's just me simple math.
Yes. |
NO |
Care to expand? A single "NO" doesn't really help Harper or the other staff members figure out where you think the team should be going. |
Im not for losing Harper at all, But losing 3 players for 1, and losing two picks. Granted they are mid round draft picks. But I would take a chance with the draft. Simple math really. _________________

Looks like the Skins might have interest in Strief and Jenkins. Maybe hear them out before we make any moves? _________________

Neither of them are involved in either of these trades, nor would they effect them. I've been in talks with the Redskins GM but he hasn't offered anything yet, I'm honestly a little hesitant to move Jenkins now. With Tramon, P-Rob and Branch next to him he has to play well...right? _________________

I forgot we pulled Strief from the trade.
Carry on, don't mind me. _________________

Some guys on the Packers staff will only vote yes if our 7th is changed to our 6th...Seriously? _________________

Say you'll make it our 6th instead of our 7th is Tramon was 28 instead of 29. _________________

Raiders get
HB Darren Sproles
4th round pick (DEN)
Saints get
SS Tyvon Branch
WR Jacoby Ford
I tried to substitute Sproles for Thomas but they have no interest. Tyvon I feel would excel with a good scheme and pass rush, and Ford would be a good deep threat and returner here. This also allows us to move on from Harper and keep Jenkins.
I vote yes. |
May be a bit late but... I vote yes. If PT's name was in there I'd say no. I think Cadet can pick up Sproles' slack to an extent. Well, enough to warrant a trade. _________________

I think between Cadet and PT, we'll be fine in the screen game. Ingram can be our workhorse, PT our do it all, Cadet our COP back and Ivory a 2nd COP back for running down the clock when Ingram isn't in. _________________

Tramon Williams
Pick 90 (140)
FOR
Pick 77 (205)
Pick 108 (78
Pick 207 (8.6)
I like it. We move back in the 3rd and give up a 4th and 7th. We get a top CB and with the Raiders trade we'd instantly turn our secondary around without giving up to much in the way of draft picks. Our starting secondary would be
CB - Patrick Robinson and Tramon Williams
FS - Malcolm Jenkins
SS - Tyvon Branch
NB - Jabari Greer
Thats 10X better than what we put on the field this year. |
I say no to this one. Because of picks we're giving up... sure we'd get a good corner but is the juice worth the squeeze?? I say NO with emphasis on the O part!
Oh and as for Zac Strief, I'd like to see 'the big goo guy' gone. A traffic cone made of water and chalk can do better IMO. _________________

| Still really like the Raiders trade, but I think I would vote no to the Packers trade. Sure Williams is a good Corner, but i really like some other Corners in the draft and FA! We also would lose another 2 picks which we could use for depth! |

This trade allows us to not spend a high pick on a CB as well as get a top CB all for essentially a 4th and 7th... _________________

I'm not that sure how good he is (anymore), but to be honest, after thinking about the trade a bit more, I wouldn't vote NO anymore... If you feel like he is the right corner for us, I'll Support the decision, but won't be to upset if it doesn't work!
The Branch trade is far more Important to me! Anything new from the Raiders? |
