What do you guys think about this Finley extension...

2013 = 1.5m (base) + 2m (s.b.) + .5m (misc) = 4m cap hit
2014 = 4.5m (base) + 2m (s.b.) + .5m (misc) = 7m cap hit
2015 = 1.5m (base) + 2m (s.b.) + .5m (misc) = 4m cap hit
2016 = 4.5m (base) + 2m (s.b.) + .5m (misc) = 7m cap hit

So a 4 year 22m dollar deal with 8m guaranteed. You guys think this too much or should we shoot for less...

Lessen the 7 to 5 and I'd be happy.

I doubt that would get approved though... That deal would be similar to what John Carlson got last offseason... I don't know most people on FF hate on Finley so we might be able to pull that off. What's everyone else think...

Try the 5 to see if it gets approved, see why it was rejected, then if the only thing we have to change is the 5 go 6. I like how the numbers are similar to a smaller Greg Olsen contract.

Exactly. It could get approved if we gave 2.5 guaranteed every year. Try just the 5 first. We get multiple shots at offering him correct?

We only get one shot, just give him the 7, its not like we take into account next years cap on this thing.

The dumbest rule ever, not even remotely realistic.

Yea I think this deal is more realistic anyone. I'll send it in and see what happens...

Hey these are the tier 2 FA's

RB Steven Jackson - tylerdouglass

OT Sam Baker - CWood21
LB Connor Barwin - TheVillain112
DE Dwight Freeney - TheVillain112

Anybody think we should make a move on any of them... Use the code if you're talking about one of these guys...
